After completing the Theatre School of Kocaeli City Theatres, he graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Performing Arts (Acting), with his thesis “From Individual Action to Performance,” based on the research of Jerzy Grotowski and Studio Matejka.He left the Department of Sociology at Istanbul University to pursue an MA in Acting at the University of London, and later completed his MA in Dramatic Arts at Kocaeli University.

In 2023, he was accepted into the MA Theatre Lab at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), becoming one of the few Turkish actors to join the program.

His international training includes the methodologies of Jacques Lecoq, Jerzy Grotowski, Sanford Meisner, Dominic De Fazio, Laban Movement Analysis, Stanislavski, and Method Acting. He studied the Michael Chekhov Technique with Uli Meyer and the Eric Morris System with Meltem Cumbul. His work with Deniz Erdem on the Feldenkrais Method has been a significant influence on his physical practice. He also trained in on-camera acting with Kürşat Alnıaçık, Varlam Nikoladze, and Nadir Sarıbacak, among others.

He performed in Woyzeck – A Rock Musical, directed by Erdal Beşikçioğlu at Tatbikat Sahnesi, and later appeared in Yakaranlar (The Suppliants), part of Ramin Gray’s UK-based project The Suppliant Women, produced by DasDas.

As the founder and artistic director of Zula Performance, he created and directed the solo piece Nadja – Becoming Andre Breton, written by Aziz Er, which toured festivals and ran for two seasons. During this period, he also led acting workshops. He later directed Sütten Kesilmek (Weaning) as part of a trilogy exploring masculinity.

Alongside his theatre work, he has developed video art projects and appeared in various television productions.

In Berlin, he directed Notes on the Tip of My Tongue under the supervision of Sebastian Nübling at the Maxim Gorki Theater, and staged The Square at Ballhaus Prinzenallee.He worked as an English drama instructor at AM Language Studio in Malta, where he also directed Go With the Flow. In Turkey, he founded and designed the “TED College English Theatre Lab,” a two-year training and production platform, directing works such as Becoming, Things That Make No Sense, Shoot/Get Treasure/Repeat, The Bald Soprano, The Bear, 10,000 Cigarettes, and Urinetown the Musical.

He has also worked as a presenter at events for major brands including Coca-Cola, Cartoon Network, Eti, Huawei, TRT, Minika Çocuk, Yumurcak TV, and Fire of Anatolia.

He is currently active internationally as an actor, director, educator, and presenter.
